Nancy sends her very best & again we are both sorry about the loss of those grand theatres.” Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. In fine condition, with a bit of mild haloing around signature and postscript. The Morosco Theatre opened in 1917, two months before Holm was born. Built in 1911, the year President Reagan was born, the Fulton was renamed the Helen Hayes Theatre in 1955.
