Frank Zappa & the Mothers of Invention contract with Zell Enterprises, International, Inc. for two performances at the Fillmore East, May 8–May 9, 1970, for the duration of “approximately 45-minutes each between the hours of 8:00 PM and closing,” with a “Gross Potential of $50,000,” and “$10,000 guaranteed plus 50% of the gross receipts over $35,000.” A horizontal crease along the bottom edge, uniform toning, with a heavier strip along the bottom border of the first page, and a few ink edits and notations, otherwise fine condition.
