Second integral page bears an address panel in Polk’s hand as well as a mostly intact wax seal. A 4.5 x 2 area of paper loss to bottom right from removed signature, intersecting folds, scattered toning, mainly to edges, paper loss and adhesive remnants to second integral page, and scattered creasing and wrinkling, otherwise very good condition.
