Black felt tip signature, “Bill Clinton,” on an off-white 5.5 x 4.25 sheet to which was later added a quotation from Clinton’s speech of January 26, 1998, regarding his affair with Monica Lewinsky, which reads, in part: “I want you to listen to me. I’m going to say this again. I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time—never,” and a patriotically colored cardstock stripe. The sheet has been affixed to a slightly larger card. Matted and framed with a color portrait of Clinton to an overall size of 11 x 14.
