Cleveland, Harry S. Truman, June 10, 1946.” Double matted and framed to an overall size of 20.5 x 18. Creasing and a small tear along bottom border, lightly affecting final stroke of Truman’s signature, creasing to top right corner, and some light toning and paper loss to lower left, affecting the date, otherwise fine condition.
