Signed endorsement, “this account, W. G. Harding,” on the reverse of an 8.5 x 5.5 invoice from the Marion Daily and Weekly Star, dated February 24, 1890. Above Harding’s endorsement signature, written in another hand, reads, “Received Marion, Ohio, Nov. 19/90 of A.H. Kling of J.J. Lindsey declared Twenty two 75/100 dollars in full.” In very good condition, with partial separations along horizontal fold, small hole to top corner, and uniform toning.
