Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 21 x 16, January 20, 1894. President Coolidge appoints Grant Herring a “Collector of Internal Revenue for the Twelfth District of Pennsylvania.” Signed at the conclusion by Cleveland and countersigned by Secretary of the Treasury John Carlisle. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, light overall toning, a few spots of soiling, and scattered light creases and wrinkles.
