DS, signed “Jayne Mansfield,” two pages, 8.5 x 11, November 29, 1957. Amended agreement between Mansfield and 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. In part: “We have consented to your rendering services in connection with personal appearances at The Tropicana in Las Vegas for a period of eight (8) weeks commencing February 12, 1958; therefore, it is mutually agreed that you are hereby granted a leave of absence, without compensation, commencing January 20, 1958.” Staple holes, wrinkling, two filing punch holes and a small stain to the first page, and missing paper at the top left corner of each page, otherwise fine condition. Mansfield appeared nightly at the Tropicana 1958, in a variety show where joked with the audience in between song and dance routines. She made headlines on opening night for her shocking and revealing sheer outfits, that supposedly made the nude dancers blush. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
