Vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 photo, signed and inscribed in brown ink "For Congressman Robert Hale, with best wishes to a distinguished American from Dwight D. Eisenhower." Matted to an overall size of 12 x 16. Photo has a US Army Signal Corps credit affixed to reverse. In very good condition, with some light bleeding of ink to signature and inscription, mild rippling to photo, and some light silvering to darker areas of image and background.
