Application form for the California State Athletic Commission for Carnera's wrestling license, filled out in another hand, with a small photo of the shirtless Carnera wearing a victory sash. Punch and staple holes to top edge, various notations and stamps, light creasing and wrinkling, otherwise fine condition. In 1946 Carnera became a wrestler and wrestled for 15 years until retiring in 1961. This application, dated January 1962, is the last one that Carnera filed with the state.
