Baseball Hall of Famer (1898-1991). TLS signed "A. B. Chandler," one page, 8.5 x 11, personal letterhead, November 7, 1984. Letter to a Las Vegas reverend. In part; "As I look back on a rather fantastic career, in public service and baseball, I would have to say that my two terms as Governor of Kentucky afforded me my most cherished memories. My father stood with me on two occassions when I took the oath of office as Governor of Kentucky. There were only two of us elected twice as Governor of Kentucky since 1816."
