Distinguished vintage sepia matte-finish 7 x 9 photo, crisply signed and inscribed in fountain pen "To Mr. W. T. Gentz, Enrico Caruso, Chicago 1910." Photo also bears photographer's signature to lower right corner. In very good to fine condition, with old tape repairs to a separated lower right corner, a few scattered spots, some minor surface wear, and mounting remnants to reverse.
