Panel bears a January 19, Kinderhook, New York, postmark. A small note in the lower left reads, "With the compts of J.V.B." Panel is affixed to an identical size card. A vertical fold through a single letter of franking signature, missing top left corner tip, and scattered light soiling, otherwise fine condition.
