Two vintage program pages, 7.75 x 11.5, signed on the second page in fountain pen by 22 Detroit area executives and architects. Signers include: Henry Ford; Edsel B. Ford; Detroit mayor, US senator, and Ford Motor Company co-founder James Couzens; Michigan State University president David Friday; Michigan Poet Laureate Edgar A. Guest; architect Albert Kahn; Gordon McGregor; N. S. Rice; C. L. Herring; Peter B. Martin; H. E. Hartman; W. B. May; J. A. Ryan; and Vernon Mills. Matted and framed to an overall size of 21.75 x 17. In fine condition, with mild toning and a few signatures a shade light. According to the consignor, her grandfather was assigned to work with the Ford Motor Company during World War I on converting the company to wartime production, with this program from a musical he attended with numerous company executives, including Ford himself. As president, of the company, Edsel Ford often disagreed with his father on major decisions, and was occasionally humiliated in public by the older man. A remarkable item featuring the signatures of both Henry and Edsel Ford.
