Member of the Constitutional Convention and former governor of North Carolina (1758–1802). Ink signature, 'Rich. Dobbs Spaight,' on a 5.5 x 1.75 slip. Affixed to a same sized piece of cardstock. In very good condition, with vertical crease through his name, mild toning and soiling, and chipped edges. Most of the flaws can be matted out. RRAuction COA.
