Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 13.5 x 9, June 26, 1820. President Monroe grants 160 acres of land in Ohio to William Crooks. In good condition, with heavy central vertical fold, several other lighter vertical folds, Monroe's signature a couple shades light, but completely legible, and scattered toning, soiling, and creasing.
