Disney and heirs tend to a 1961 Los Angeles County real estate transaction on the day Disneyland welcomed its 25-millionth guest

DS, signed “Walter E. Disney,” one page both sides, 8.25 x 14, April 19, 1961. Document entitled “Escrow Instructions (Real Estate Transaction).” In part: “I hand you herewith the sum of $100.00 and will hand you or cause to be handed you the further sum of $28,900.00 and will deliver to you any notes, instruments, and additional funds required from me.” The transaction involved “All that portion of Lot 77 of Tract No. 17772, as per map recordped in Book 447 Pages 31 to 35 of Maps records of of said [Los Angeles] County, lying easterly of a line extending from the most westerly northwesterly corner of said Lot 77 to a point in the southerly line of said Lot 77.” Signed at the conclusion of the second page, “Walter E. Disney,” and also signed by Diane Disney Miller and Ronald W. Miller. In fine condition, with slight crease, two filing punch holes at the top of the page, small area of paper loss to one punch hole, and “Sellers copy” notation in pencil in another hand. A full-name signature from the greatest name in animation! Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
