Co-winner of the 1962 Nobel Prize for Physiology and Medicine for the discovery of DNA. Rare original oversized signed and inscribed felt tip sketch of a detailed DNA strand on an off-white 8.5 x 11 card, signed and inscribed “For Paul Gendron, J. D. Watson 3 September 2008.” In very fine condition. The inscription could easily be matted out. Actual sketches are highly prized among collectors, with this example being the largest we have seen.
