Program from the Ralph Terry Banquet, two pages, 5.5 x 8.5, held in Chelsea, Oklahoma, on November 20, 1962, signed on the cover in ballpoint by Mickey Mantle, Ralph Terry, who inscribed to Ed, Pepper Martin, and Tom Sturdivant. Program is also signed by Tanya Terry. In fine condition, with scattered light toning and foxing, as well as light handling wear. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
