Archivally double cloth matted with an attractive Fabian Bachrach portrait and framed to an overall size of 15.5 x 20.5. In fine condition, with small lower right corner crease, small spot of soiling, and expected cancellation holes. Delivered during his tenure as co-chair of the National War Labor Board, between his experience as President of the United States and his appointment as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
