In fine condition. Accompanied by a photocopy of a letter of authenticity from Annabelle Wiener certifying that “the enclosed first day cover #6 was autographed by Salvador Dali for the World Federation of United Nations Associations and was purchased from the Federation by A.J. Cipriano … Of the original limited edition of 10,000 first day covers issued on 31 January 1966, only 85 covers autographed by Salvador Dali were so numbered for a special sale held by the World Federation of United Nations Associations in September 1977.” Also included is a photocopy of the original envelope in which the cover was mailed sent by WFUNA to Dr. Cipriano from the United Nations on October 4, 1977.
