Willson “a Justice of the Peace, for the Township of Palmyra, in the County of Portage.” Signed at the conclusion by McKinley, and countersigned by the secretary of state. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, one slightly affecting a single stroke of signature, a few small staple holes along top left edge, and a bit of scattered mild toning and soiling.
