Royalties agreement between Redding, Phil Walden and East Publications Inc. in which they sell the rights to their song, ‘Oh Yeah,’ receiving five cents per copy of piano copies and orchestration, 50% of all foreign sales, performing fees,and mechanical reproductions. Redding and Walden will split the royalties 50-50. Signed at the conclusion by Redding and Walden. In fine condition, with a central horizontal crease, and a light diagonal crease to top portion.
