Unusual partly-printed DS, one page, 12 x 9, August 2, 1962. Hubbard awards Guy Eltringham the grade of Hubbard Certified Auditor, signed at the conclusion in black ink by Hubbard. A few light creases, and mild toning along top edge, otherwise fine condition. The gold foil seal is crisp and intact. The first such Hubbard document we’ve seen.
