Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 12.25 x 2.75, May 1, 1824. Bottom portion of a land grant, nicely signed by Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Archivally double matted and framed with a portrait of Monroe and a name plaque to an overall size of 18.25 x 14.75. In fine condition, with several vertical folds, and some scattered light toning and foxing. The white paper seal is worn, but intact. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA.
