Signed at the conclusion by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Double matted and framed with a small portrait of Adams and a name plaque to an overall size of 26.75 x 16. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered toning and soiling, some light creases and wrinkles, and several blue ink spots to right side.
