DS, signed “Madonna Ciccone Penn,” two pages, 8.5 x 11, December 2, 1987. Madonna grants permission for the use of her likeness in a Herb Ritts photograph in a postcard format. The image is the one used on the cover of her True Blue album. Also signed by Ritts. In fine condition, with light creasing, paperclip impression, and staple holes to upper left corner.
