Signers are: Harry S. Truman (as president), Charles S. Murphy, Robert B. Landry, Robert L. Dennison, H. H. Vaughan, Wallace H. Graham, David K. Niles, Donald A. Dawson, Clark M. Clifford, John R. Steelman, William D. Hassett, Charles G. Ross, John W. Snyder, Frank Pace, Jr., Philip F. Maguire, Bruce D. Forsyth, George Elsey, Joseph G. Feeney, David D. Lloyd, and Stephen J. Spingarn. Some scattered light surface marks and impressions to image and a bit of scattered light toning to mount, otherwise fine condition.
