Well-done artist’s portrait drawing of Roosevelt, pencil on a cream 8.5 x 10.5 card, signed in pencil by the artist, “Frank H. Watt, 7-31-33,” and also signed in ink “Eleanor Roosevelt.” Accompanied by a 1946 TLS, bearing a rubber stamp signature of Roosevelt’s, seeking donations for the American Relief for Greek Democracy. In fine condition, with a five-cent postage stamp affixed to lower left, and a small pencil notation to bottom edge. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
