Queen consort of King Kalakaua of Hawaii, 1874-1891. Fountain pen signature, “Kapiolani,” on an off-white 3.5 x 2 card. Cloth matted and framed in koa wood (timber tree indigenous to the Hawaiian Islands), with a portrait of Kapiolani, and a name plaque, to an overall size of 16.5 x 15. A mild overall shade of toning to card, a bit heavier to each corner from previous display, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
