In part: “I, as Donor, am delivering herewith to you, as Trustee…twenty-two (22) shares of William R. Warner & Co., Inc., Second Preferred Stock, having a par value of $100 per share to be held by you under the same trusts.” Crisply signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Hemingway, and also signed by Pfeiffer. In fine condition, with light creasing to the bottom and a penciled notation along the top. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
