Partly-printed DS, signed “Tho M:Kean,” one page, 21 x 12, October 10, 1806. Land grant issued to Robert Blackwell for 1090 acres of land in Potter County called “Darking.” Signed in the upper left corner by McKean, as governor of Pennsylvania, above the crisp and intact paper and wax seal.
