Disney,” and also signed by William H. D. Cottrell, Royal Clark, Richard F. Irvine, Lloyd Wright, Sr., and Disney’s daughters, Diane Disney Miller and Sharon Mae Disney. Accompanied by a brief typed document signed by Cottrell and Clark stating the attendance of the meeting and that the meeting was adjourned as there was not a quorum present.
