The first spaceflight to carry more than one person into space, the first flight without space suits, the first to carry a scientist and a physician into space, and also set an altitude record of 209 miles. Vintage matte-finish 9.5 x 7 composite photo of the three crew members of Voskhod 1, signed in the lower border in blue and black ballpoint by Vladimir Komarov, Konstantin Feoktistov, and Boris Yegorov. Komarov would be the first man to perish in space when on his second flight, Soyuz 1, he was killed during the return, when the spacecraft crashed. In very good condition, with some skipping to portion of Komarov’s signature resulting in several light letters, light foxing to lower border, some mild edge rippling, and a small stamp next to Yegorov’s image. Komarov’s signature is quite rare in any format. RRAuction COA.
