A tiny flown piece of gold “Kapton” foil from the Apollo 11 Columbia Command Module, contained in a small pouch affixed to an 8.5 x 11 informational sheet describing the nature and purpose of the material, signed at the conclusion, “Buzz Aldrin.” Accompanied by a copy of a certificate signed by Robert E. Miner of the North American Rockwell Apollo Launch Team. In part: “This is to certify that this swatch of gold foil was recovered from the Columbia Command Module by Ozzie Reid, North American Rockwell Recovery Team, aboard the U.S.S.
