Communist leader of North Vietnam (1890–1969) from 1946 until his death. Vintage matte-finish 3.25 x 5.25 photo, signed and inscribed in ink, “Au Dr. Adolf Leichtle, Ho Chi Minh.” The original inscribee was a former member of the Nazi SA (aka Brown Shirts or Stormtroopers). Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, several clippings, and a collector’s catalogue card (presumably in Leichtle’s hand). A few very subtle ripples and surface marks (faint adhesive traces to background), otherwise fine condition. Quite unusual in signed photos! Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
