In part: “Tract of land in H—’s town in the County of Suss[ex] containing119 in 130 acres surveyed … for the heirs or assigns of Thos. & Richd. Penn…. Conveyed to Rickey….” In good condition, with intersecting folds (touching writing), ink stroke “cancellation” through text, light soiling and handling wear, and stains and small chip affecting a few words.
