Lot of two items: 1) A Kind of Hush album, signed and inscribed on the cover in black felt tip, “To Jim, Hi! Karen &” and “Richard”; 2) Carpenters album, signed and inscribed in black felt tip on the inner gatefold photo, “To David, Susan & Carolyn, Best wishes, Carpenters, Karen &” and “Richard.” Accompanied by an unsigned Carpenters Christmas Portrait album bearing an adhesive label reading “A Christmas present from Agnes & Harold [the singers’ parents] and the Carpenters.” The consignor notes that the original recipients, the Whites, were family friends of the Carpenters. Each item is individually framed to an overall size of 13 x 13. In fine condition, with a few light scratches to “Hush” cover, edge wear and a few creases to unsigned panels of “Carpenters” cover, and punch hole to corner of “Carpenters” and “Christmas” covers.
