Opera in the outback?

Famed Italian tenor (1873–1921) whose unprecedented popularity, which extended well beyond the realm of opera, made him the first superstar of the recording era. Original ink self-portrait profile sketch on the correspondence side of a 3.5 x 5.5 postal card, signed “Enrico Caruso, 1913.” The address side bears a 1d Australian stamp. In very good condition, with edge toning from previous framing, ink a shade light, and a touch of mild edge wear. LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
