Glossy 7.5 x 5.5 wire service photo taken in December of 1978 depicting U.S. Secretary of State Vance with Menachem Begin and Israeli Foreign Minister Moshe Dayan at the close of the Israel-Egypt peace talks, signed by Dayan in black felt tip in the lower border. In very good condition, with scattered areas of sepia-tone discoloration not detracting from the signature, wire service information affixed to the reverse, a couple of corner creases. R&R COA.
