Howard, with very best wishes, Noel Coward, Salt Lake City,” on an off-white 5 x 3 page, dated August 30, 1940; and an AQS on a similar size page, taken from Scene 15 of Post Mortem, in part, “War makes you leap, and leap again into bloody chaos, but there are redeeming moments of vision which might, in smug content, be obscured for ever,” signed at the conclusion “N.
