Official Russian military document, document is ordering Major Abram Movshovich to stay on the already occupied position of (Communist) Party investigator of the Army Party Commission. Signed at the conclusion in brown pencil by Brezhnev, and also signed by important Soviet WWII commander Konstantin Leselidze, for whom a town is named today. In very good to fine condition, with edge wear, tears, and trimming.
