Swanson, in full: "Have notified Simon and Schuster I have a contract with you for motion picture rights covering all my output. Will send you a copy of Black Alibi as soon as I get my own copies, which ought to be in April. I'm glad you seemed to like Phantom Lady." In fine condition, with staple holes to the upper left corner.
