Japanese stamp block commemorating the hundred years between 1860 and 1960, 4.75 x 3, neatly signed by the Japanese emperor and empress in ink, "Akihito" and "Michiko.” In very good to fine condition, with a diagonal crease to the center. A rare signature combination, especially in English.
