Reverse marked "002" in pencil. In very fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Vinyl Vital Signs, which states: "This letter is to certify that this photograph signed by the members of Radiohead and marked on the back with the number '002' came from the private collection owned by Carol Baxter, an executive with EMI/Parlophone records. Carol was influential in the signing of Radiohead by EMI and spent many years with the band; touring the world and collecting memorabilia. This autographed photo is just one piece of the amazing collection that Carol collected over the years."
