Signed on the title page in black felt tip, "Bret Easton Ellis." In very fine condition. The basis for the Christian Bale film of the same name, American Psycho was first published as a paperback original because Random House was concerned that the novel would be considered offensive to some readers. It went through many printings, and copies of the first printing are scarce in unread condition.
