Untranslated letter to Dr. Antonio Barreras in Cuba, regarding matters of finances and real estate. At the conclusion, Capablanca adds a three-line handwritten postscript. In very good to fine condition, with chips to the bottom edge slightly affecting the handwritten postscript, and some ink erosion beginning to develop.
