Walt Cunningham's Apollo 7 recovery cover with a stamped cachet honoring the Atlantic U.S. Navy Recovery Force for the Apollo 7 mission, postmarked aboard the USS Essex on October 22, 1968, signed in blue ballpoint, "Donn F. Eisele," and in blue felt tip, "Walt Cunningham." The cover also bears a Wally Schirra autopen signature, and is signed by three recovery personnel. Reverse of cover signed in black ink, "From my personal collection. Walt Cunningham, Apollo 7." In fine condition. Accompanied by a preprinted 'thank you' card from Walt Cunningham noting this was originally purchased from his private collection.
