Official NASA manual deriving from the personal training notebook of astronaut Gordon Cooper, entitled "Project Apollo: Apollo 10 Spacecraft Dispersion Analysis, Volume IV, Rendezvous Dispersion Analysis," 45 pages, 8 x 10.5, stamp-dated May 14, 1969, signed on the front cover in blue ballpoint, "From my Apollo X notebook, Gordon Cooper, B.U. CDR.," and in blue felt tip by the Apollo 10 commander, "Tom Stafford, CDR." The manual presents the results of the Apollo 10 mission rendezvous dispersion analysis, and consists of the following sections: Summary, Introduction, Input Data, Ground Rules and Assumptions, Analysis and Results, and Conclusions.
