Drink card indicating "$3.00 Per Person Minimum Per Show" from The Jazz Gallery at 80 St. Marks Place in New York City, measuring 4 x 7 open, signed inside in blue ballpoint, "Miles Davis, thank you," "J. J. Johnson," and "Hank Mobley," and on the reverse, "Best, Paul Chambers" and "Philly Joe Jones." In very good to fine condition, with light overall toning and a single tack hole. A desirable combination of jazz greats.
